WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS CAMP

This 5-day Summer camp is exclusive to LFI children.

Our camps are action packed from start to finish. The children thrive in the unique environment created at camp. Using sport and exercise as a means, the children explore, create and learn.  Multi-sports such as tennis, hockey, football, basketball, cricket and more are played. They also play inside games, art, dance and general development. We will be outside in the yard, and using the hall, and the classrooms as a base for each group.

There is also some down time and play time at the beginning and at the end pf the day. The coaches are well trained, Garda vetted and love children. We have an excellent coach to children ratio with 1:8.  This camp runs from 9am – 2pm daily. Children can be dropped off between 9 -9.30am and collected between 1.30 – 2pm. The fee is 140e per child.

The children should bring a light rain jacket, a mini snack, and a lunch. We’re hoping a sun hat too and perhaps sun cream applied before they come too!!

MEET EMMA MEIR AND HER TEAM

Emma is a natural sports woman. Having competed at a high level in lots of individual and team sports, her main sports now are sea swimming, hockey, golf and keeping fit.

Emma has followed her passion for children’s sports and regularly runs kids’ camps – click here for upcoming fixtures. She has also been competitively involved in hockey for over 30 years both as a lead player and in a coaching capacity for both juniors and adults.

Emma attended Setanta College for Strength, Conditioning and Personal Training. In 2019, she founded MBE Coaching, and this is where we are today.

Emma is passionate about helping others meet their goals in fitness and general well-being. Let her help you! There are lots of options! From 1-session a week to several group classes and personal training.
